A Bit About Me.
Hi, I’m Andrea Hoerner. Wife, mom of three, & proud chaos coordinator. I grew up in Iowa, rooted in a family that modeled giving back, faith, & the importance of community — values that continue to guide everything I do.
After 15+ years in HR & talent management, supporting teams across North America & global organizations, I launched Midwest Roots Consulting to help Catholic schools & nonprofits bring their missions to life. I specialize in creating meaningful, well-executed fundraising events, turning chaos into clarity, & helping organizations tell their story so they can focus on what matters most.
Not every path is traditional—and mine certainly wasn’t. The experiences that shaped my journey ultimately led me here, and I’d love the opportunity to share more of that story with you.
